The service
PropHax is a software tool that helps you estimate how a rental or house-hack property might perform using the numbers you enter. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Not professional advice
PropHax provides software tools and educational or informational estimates only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, lending, brokerage or real-estate advisory services, and nothing in PropHax is a recommendation to buy, sell or finance any property. All outputs depend entirely on the assumptions you enter and on general rules of thumb. You are responsible for independently verifying all property, financing, rent, tax, insurance, expense and investment information — with your lender, insurer, accountant, attorney and licensed real-estate professionals — before making any decision.
Accounts
You must give an accurate email address, keep your login secure and be responsible for activity under your account. PropHax is for your own use; don't resell or redistribute access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.
Free analyses and subscription
You can run a limited number of full analyses for free. PropHax Full Access costs $12.00 USD per month, billed automatically each month to your payment method until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Pricing. We may change the price with advance notice by email; changes apply to future billing periods.
Your content
You keep ownership of the property data and analyses you enter. You grant us the permission needed to store and display them so we can operate the service.
Availability and liability
PropHax is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for investment, purchase or financing decisions you make. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
