Recurring billing
PropHax Full Access is a subscription that costs $12.00 USD per month. It renews automatically each month and your payment method is charged until you cancel. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your account using "Manage or cancel subscription", which opens the secure billing portal. Cancelling stops all future renewals — you will not be billed again. You keep Full Access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and after that your account returns to the free plan. Your saved analyses stay in your account.
Refunds
Payments already made for the current or past billing periods are generally non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds for partial months or for periods where the subscription was unused. We honour any refund rights you have under applicable consumer law. If you were billed in error or something went wrong with a charge, email support@prophax.com within 30 days of the charge and we will review it.
Failed payments and expiry
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it. If payment ultimately fails or the subscription expires, Full Access ends. Your account remains accessible, but your original free-analysis usage does not reset. You can resubscribe at any time.
