What we collect
When you create a PropHax account we store your email address and the property analyses you save. If you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and stores your payment details; PropHax never sees or stores your full card number. We also keep basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
We use your data to run your account, save and display your property analyses, process your subscription, send the emails you ask for (account verification, password resets and — if you opt in — monthly reminders), and to keep PropHax working and secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the providers that operate PropHax: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and Stripe for payments. Each acts on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Analyses you run without an account
Your free analyses are stored in your own browser until you create an account. If you sign up, they are carried into your account. Clearing your browser storage removes them.
Your choices
You can turn monthly reminder emails on or off at any time in your account. You can ask us to delete your account and saved analyses by emailing support@prophax.com. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal and accounting obligations.
